Zone classes will push you to train to your full potential and embrace the outdoors as you do. Our expert training team will ensure that all our members feel challenged, encouraged and inspired during every class.

Knowing what to eat and when doesn’t need to confusing. At Zone Outdoor Fitness, we like to keep it simple and our realistic and basic approach to nutrition means that eating well and feeling great is simple. Natural foods that keep us nourished and energised yet still taste delicious are definitely the order of the day.

Those that sweat together, stick together…

We believe that even the toughest workouts should have a social element and the camaraderie amongst our members and the encouragement and commitment of our training team means that monthly challenges and social events are always on the priority list.
