The final stage of the Zone Philosophy is is to Review. Every fitness goal needs regularly reveiwing and revising until you achieve your ultimate fitness goal.

Reviewing and Revising

Achieving what you want when it comes to fitness, isn’t always easy. It take commitment, hard work and drive. Setting a goal can help to create the energy, desire and focus needed to achieve the goals you want. Once you have set a goal, frequent testing is one of the best ways to measure how well you are progressing and  to see if you need to ammend or review your goal at any stage.

Once you have your fitness test results or are beginning to see changes to your shape or fitness level, you need to review and revise your goals accordingly. Reviewing your goals and analyzing fitness test results can help create motivation and drive when you see the results of all your hard work.

Our aim is for every Zone class to feel like a Personal Training session.  Our mission is know every Zone member’s individual goals and to feedback and help them review and revise these goals when necessary.
