Zone classes and bootcamps will push you to train to your full potential and embrace the outdoors as you do. Our training team will ensure that all our members feel challenged, encouraged and inspired during every class.

Working It Out Together

Joining an outdoor workout class or bootcamp may seem daunting, but from the moment you start your free trial class you’ll be welcomed into the team and within minutes will be drawing on your class mates for strength and support as you are drilled, pushed and pulled through a series of challenging and exciting exercises.

Working as a group gives you accountability not only to yourself but also to your class mates meaning you will push yourself to your limit at every session and train to your full potential every time.

The Best Training Team

Our Zone trainers are the key to the quality of our classes. Each trainer is either a specialist in their field or a professional sportsperson, meaning that classes are always of the highest quality and any goal, whatever it may be, is easily achieved.

Our trainers will lead, guide and motivate you through each class and adjust each session according to the needs of the group. Our aim is for every Zone class to feel like a Personal Training session. We understand that our members goals are continuously changing and our dedicated training team’s main job is to help our members make these goals a reality.
