Everything you need to know about our memberships...

How long do I need to commit for?

For our monthly memberships, your membership will begin on the day you sign up online (stated on your Order Confirmation form). There is no minimum term.

Do I need to book the classes I wish to attend ahead?

No, once you are a member, or have a block of pay-as-you-go sessions, simply turn up at your chosen class venue and time and away you go!

What if I am injured or ill for a long period of time?

In the case of injury or illness, we will require a doctor’s certificate, in order to place a membership on hold. Membership can only be put on hold for full calendar months and at least seven working days notice must be given prior to the end of the month to do this. Your membership will then stop from the first day of the new month.

We do try to be as flexible as possible, therefore if you do find yourself with an injury or medical condition or anything else which will prevent you from training please email us at [email protected] to discuss options.

And what about cancelling my membership?

We hope you will become addicted to Zone classes, however, if you did wish to cancel your membership, or find you are relocating, you are required to give us one month’s notice in writing before your next payment date.

At the Zone, we integrate simple and fun fitness tests and challenges in to our classes each month, to ensure that you stay motivated and focused and to make sure your goals can be measured and amended when necessary.

Once you have your fitness test results or are beginning to see changes to your shape or fitness level, you need to review and revise your goals accordingly. Reviewing your goals and analyzing fitness test results can help create motivation and drive when you see the results of all your hard work.
