MEET OUR TRAINERS

LISA CHARNLEY

With over 14 years experience as a trainer, my passion has always been group exercise and am truly convinced that getting fit and staying fit doesn’t have to be boring. Zone Outdoor Fitness encompasses everything I believe fitness should be about; teamwork, community, challenge, drive and most importantly fun. Whatever your goal, we want to help and inspire you to be your very best. As a trainer, I specialise in Hiit, Circuit Training, Pre & Post Natal Fitness and have worked as advising Personal Trainer for a number of well known newspapers and fitness magazines.

BECKY HAIR

I’m a Physiotherapist, a Triathlete, a Personal Trainer specialising in strength & conditioning, and an enthusiastic activity extraordinaire. Trying to get YOU interested in activity, helping you on your way to a good mood, and a strong body. Since graduating in physiotherapy, I have set up my own sports massage/physio business alongside my full time NHS job. Since moving to Cambridge, I’ve been lucky enough to be taken on as a Specialized Bike Ambassador and lead monthly ladies rides and also a running club with Twice the Health girls @Wearerunners group. In 2019, I was thrilled to be nominated for the Cycling UK ‘Top 100 Women in Cycling’ Awards.

HERMIONE FAIRBAIRN

I found Yoga 10 years ago whilst living and working in London, and found it to be the perfect complement to my training for triathlon events, as well as an oasis of calm at the end of a challenging day’s work as a primary school teacher. During a career break travelling in 2010, I was drawn to the Samadhi Yoga Centre in Australia and completed my Yoga teacher training there. I really value the role of mindfulness meditation, both during practice and everyday life. Connecting with our bodies, and our environment through breath and movement, is a grounding and balancing experience which I hope my students will share through my teaching.
