Everything you need to know about Zone Personal Training

Where do your Personal Training sessions take place?

We can train you in your home, work place or local park or common – where ever is most convenient for you.

I am very unfit or have never exercised before…

Our trainers are used to working with people at all levels, from those who have never exercised before to seasoned athletes. Following your initial consultation, your trainer will have a good understanding of your fitness level and your limits and will make sure you are always working within your comfort zone.

How often should I have a Personal Training session?

The honest answer is that every client is different. Some people have one session a week, and others have four. Some clients may even just have one a month depending on their personal goals. During your initial consultation you will discuss your current fitness levels and goals with your trainer, who will then make recommendations as to how often you should train.

How long will it take me to see results?

You will start to see changes almost straight away. Your body awareness, strength and  energy levels will increase dramatically no matter what your goal.

What should I wear?

Some comfortable sportswear (tracksuit bottoms, shorts, t-shirt etc) and some supportive sports trainers. It may also be a good idea to have a mat or towel and a bottle of water at the ready!
