I’m working towards a goal – how much time should I allow before seeing any results?

Start with hope; continue with hard work, follow our advice, direction, and coaching and you will succeed! Remember, we believe in starting with the most realistic of goals. Typically those exercising for weight loss, lose on average about 2-3 pounds per week when working out 2-3 times a week. Our clients whom have committed themselves to more functional fitness and sports specific programming report superiorly increased movement efficiency, strength, flexibility, and endurance previously unmatched within twelve weeks. 

Do I need a Personal Trainer to achieve my goals?

It entirely depends on how motivated you are. Our class trainers will motivate and push you to your limits at our Zone classes, but if you have trouble motivating yourself to actually get to class, then a Personal Training who will turn up at your door, may be just what you need. We have some of the most experienced trainers in the industry, each with their own areas of specialism, so whether your goal is to lose weight, train for a specific event, look great on your wedding day or get back into shape after having a baby, we have the skills and knowledge to help.

How often should I review my goals?

You need to allow your body and mind a decent amount of time to work towards your goals before reviewing them. We recommend testing and reviewing your goals every 3 months.

I’m having trouble understanding my test results or working out if I’m near to achieving my goals?

Our team of expert Zone Trainers will help you analyze and review your fitness test results. We are on hand at any time to help you interpret your results and how these may effect your goals, just get in touch.
