If you are looking for an all encompassing workout which promises to leave no muscle untouched then our Zone Circuit class is for you.

Combining cardio intervals with bodyweight conditioning exercises, these hour long classes are guaranteed to help you melt fat, tone up and improve your overall fitness as you run, jump, crawl and skip over Jesus Green in Cambridge. Our classes are also hugely social too, so you’ll not only look and feel great but you’ll meet likeminded people too. Be prepared to be drilled, pushed and pulled through a series of challenging but fun exercises whilst improving fitness levels, burning calories and having fun!

Don’t worry if you are new to fitness or returning after a break either…our Zone trainers will always offer high and low impact options during the session, so you work to your own ability, whilst receiving encouragement and guidance from the trainer and other members.

Whatever your ability or fitness level, you will feel welcomed into the team, and our expert trainers will ensure you’re given the best workout for you.
