As well being experts in their field, our trainers are chosen for being supportive, positive and encouraging. They’ll ensure you feel included as part of the group and are given a workout to challenge and inspire you, whatever your fitness level.

My mission at Zone is to help athletes unlock their true potential and attain their individual fitness goals. I refer to all members as athletes, but you don’t have to have any form of athletic background or history to train with us. If you are not an athlete when you first sign up, we will turn you into one, whatever your starting point and whatever your goals. Don’t live with a circumstance, live with a vision and let Zone show you what you’re capable of - you’ll be surprised! As a trainer, I specialise in strength training, conditioning and I'm a stickler for technique!

Despite over 12 years experience in the Health & Fitness sector, I am a self-confessed gym hater! My passion has always been group exercise and am truly convinced that getting fit and staying fit doesn’t have to be boring. Zone Outdoor Fitness encompasses everything I believe fitness should be about; teamwork, challenge, fresh air, inspiration, drive and most importantly fun. Whatever your goal, we want to help and inspire you to be your very best. As a trainer, I specialise in hiit, conditioning, building core strength and pre and post natal fitness.

Zoe Cheng

Sport and exercise are an important aspect of our wellbeing. This has been my personal experience whether working out as part of my weekly routine or when training for an event such as a regatta or marathon. In my Zone fitness sessions, I enjoy helping members achieve their goals and recognise the progress they are making both physically and mentally. I love how Zone combines the option of being outside in nature whilst doing exercise with a fun and inclusive community! As a trainer, I specialise in HIIT, running, core strength and bring lots of energy and encouragement to each of my sessions.
