I have always had an aversion to exercise, so when I was trying to lose weight and someone recommended I hire Lisa for PT sessions I was less than enthusiastic. Within weeks, however, she had me scampering round in a body vest, swinging kettle bells round my head and viewing medicine balls as amongst my best friends. Even more amazingly, I was enjoying it with the added bonus of getting fit AND changing shape (and for the first time in ages the change was in the right direction).
