I have always had an aversion to exercise, so when I was trying to lose weight and someone recommended I hire Lisa for PT sessions I was less than enthusiastic. Within weeks, however, she had me scampering round in a body vest, swinging kettle bells round my head and viewing medicine balls as amongst my best friends. Even more amazingly, I was enjoying it with the added bonus of getting fit AND changing shape (and for the first time in ages the change was in the right direction). I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa as a trainer, she is enthusiastic, fun and gets results. London’s loss is definitely Cambridge’s gain!
